The law on mutual pumping and contractual battles

1. General provision

    ● This law regulates and explains the law on mutual pumping and contractual battles between characters under conditions of mutual agreement.

2. General concepts

    ●Pumping battles Under this definition falls any fight, the outcome of which is agreed in advance. The purpose of pumping is a benefit of any kind: obtaining experience, top credits, transferring game and quest items.
    ● Setting - A setup is a player who has come for one of the teams and gives the opponent combat advantages, such as : Man, Ochil, Cloning
    ● Plum Intentional loss of battle.

3. Types of violations associated with pumping battles

    ● Fights for rewards - Type of leveling, in which one of the players pays for loans, euro loans, things or services loss / win battles.
    ● Charges - A type of leveling, in which two and more players alternately lose each other fights, with the goal of achieving a higher level as soon as possible, or obtaining any material benefits.     ● Premium level seniors - A type of piercing, in which the personage(characters) of the senior level is intentionally losing the fight/fights character(characters) of the younger level.
    ●Pumping on «botax» - Upgrade on characters specially created for this purpose.

    ● Influence on distribution in chaotic duels Chaotic duels involving characters, the purpose of which is the intentional and systematic repetition of the distribution of commands by any means in order to pump one or more characters, in which the scrolls of cloning, silencing, weakening of sets or other methods are deliberately used in order to gain increased experience for a duel.
4. Price of punishment

    ● Item 3.1 - The character goes into chaos for a period of 2 weeks. In case of relapse, this period increases to 1 one month. The next relapse will result in the character being blocked.
    ● Item 3.2 The character goes into chaos for 2 weeks. In case of relapse, this period increases to 1 one month. The next relapse will result in the character being blocked.
    ● Item 3.3:
        • The character of the junior level goes into chaos for a period of 2 weeks without the possibility of exit.
        • The character of the senior level goes into chaos for a period of 1 month without the possibility of exit.
        • Relapse of any of the characters will lead to its blocking.
    ● Item 3.4:
        • The main character goes into chaos for a period of 2 weeks. In case of relapse, this period increases to 1 one month. The next relapse will result in the character being blocked.
        • The bot is equated to a multitude and is blocked without the possibility of exit.
    ● Item 3.5 - The character who uses a setup in battle, as well as the character who is a setup, get chaos for a period of 2 weeks. In case of relapse, this period increases to 1 one month. The next relapse will result in the character being blocked.
    ● Item 3.6:
        • In an isolated but obvious case, the paladin has the right to warn the character about further consequences in the conditions of repeated battles.         • In case of replays (two or more fights), the character goes into chaos for a period of 2 weeks. In case of relapse, this period increases to 1 one month. The next relapse will result in the character being blocked.
    ● Item 3.7: All participants in such battles go into chaos for a period of 1 month without the possibility of exit. In case of recurrence, the character is blocked.
    ● In case of committing any offense of clauses 3.1 - 3.6 of this Law, characters of level 0-7 are blocked.
5. Special conditions

    ● Relapse is tracked throughout the life of the character.
     ● Fights that begin with the use of the scroll of attack and are not related to paragraph 3.1 are not pumped and are not subject to punishment.
    ● The punishment is applied by the moderator only if there is clear evidence. If there are insufficient grounds for imposing a punishment and having only indirect evidence of violations, a warning is issued in advance. Repeated similar actions are punishable at the price according to this law.

6. Additions to the Law

   ● The limit of fights held with the same opponent is 10 fights per day, provided that there is no intersection by IP addresses. Otherwise, the violation falls under paragraph 3.2 of the Compensation
    ● The limit of fights held between characters in the same clan is 5 fights per day, provided that there is no intersection by IP addresses. Otherwise, the violation falls under paragraph 3.2 of the Compensation
    ● The exception to the first two points are duels in the Death Tower.
    ● Getting out of the chaos received under the terms of this law is possible only through the commercial department.
