I. Filing complaints

Complaints are received directly from victims due to the action or inaction of the Paladins. The exception is the situation in which the player (due to the blocking of the character) cannot file a complaint.
We try to be as careful as possible when considering each complaint. A clearly and correctly described problem will save our employees from “decoding” what you had in mind, and therefore eliminate the possibility of misinterpretation of your thoughts. Complaints, if possible, should be filed in one post, since broken several parts of the complaint complicates its perception, and therefore increases the time required to respond to it.
II. Complaint form .

Each application must contain the following paragraphs:

1. The essence of the complaint .

Briefly describe the illegal action or inaction of the paladin. For example: imposed a spell of silence, appropriated the inclination of Chaos, depersonalized, etc.
2. Justification of the complaint, proof of your innocence.

Please be very brief, without excessive emotionality. If there is evidence, it should be provided here.

III. Complaints against:

1. Imposing a silent spell or a forum silence spell.
2. Depersonalization, appropriation of Chaos propensity or blocking.

IV. Complaints are not subject to review:

V. Acceptable evidence:

Proof of innocence or violation of the rules of communication in the chat can only be a screenshot (graphic copy of the screen) of the chat for a period of time ± 5-10 minutes from the moment of the (alleged) violation. If all the necessary messages are not placed in one screenshot, then you must provide several, but in such a way that the information contained in them intersects (that is, the end of one screenshot should coincide with the beginning of the next).
VI. Inadmissible evidence:

1. Text logs (text copies of messages in chat). If you need to inform an employee of the Order of Light of the fact of violation described by these logs, you must take a screenshot of the chat technology described above.

2. Messages whose text constitutes a violation of the Icombats Laws shall be deleted.
VII. Complaints against the actions of the Supreme Paladin are considered by the Project Administration.

The deadline for complaints is up to 7 days.
Flood in the working top is prohibited and punishable.
